CLIENT CORNER
We are officially booked! Now what?
As included in your signed contract, we require that you purchase Wedding Cancellation Insurance to cover at least $20,000 and be applied toward all venue (rental and bar) expenses. We do not offer any refunds or date changes. Even in the event of a cancellation(for any reason at all), you will be responsible for the remaining balance of your invoice. So, please research and purchase your wedding cancellation insurance today! Once this is obtained, please email proof to info@wishwellhouse.com no later than 90 days after booking. Wedding cancellation insurance must be purchased, and proof provided, within 14 days of booking or you forfeit the initial deposit and the contract is voided.
We will be in touch 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date with a bar document for you to fill out and to schedule your final walk through with your planner/coordinator. But, as always, please let us know we can be of any help, at any time.
Where can I find the preferred vendors list?
You can find a list of our preferred vendors here. A vendor does not have to be on our list of preferred vendors to be contracted for your event. However, any contracted vendors not on our preferred vendors list must be approved by Wish Well House staff prior to your event.
How can I draft a floor plan?
Prismm is a great program to use to customize your wedding day floor plan. Just search for Venue: Wish Well House. Note, our rectangular farm tables measure 8 feet long by 32 inches wide, and fit 8 total guests (4 on each side).

What if it is raining?
You have until 2 hours prior to guest arrival to make the final decision on where you want your ceremony chairs located. You should discuss a potential rain plan with your coordinator and Wish Well House staff. This will be approved and finalized at the final walkthrough meeting. If you have a guest count over 200, you are required to have a tent on standby incase of inclement weather.
Can we bring in our own alcohol for the prep suites?
The suites will be stocked with mimosas or beer on either side prior to the rental period. No outside alcohol may be brought in before or during the rental period. This includes, but not limited to, the prep rooms. If any guests are found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages not provided by Wish Well House, they will be escorted off the property immediately. You (the client) will forfeit your security deposit and the bar will be closed for the remainder of the event without refund.
